ATL Mobile Detailers Service Agreement:

By booking or using ATL Mobile Detailers services, you (“Client” or “You”) agree to the following terms and conditions, which constitute a legal

agreement between you and ATL Mobile Detailers (“Contractor”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

Access to Water & Electricity:

We require access to water and electricity for some of our detailing employees. We also have mobile units equipped with their own water and generator. If you do not have access to water or electricity, you must inform us ahead of time by calling our office. Failure to notify us prior to your appointment that you do not have access to water or electricity will result in an $80 cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

♦ 48+ hours notice: No fee

♦ 24-48 hours notice: $40 fee

♦ Less than 24 hours notice: $75 fee

♦ No call/No show: Full service amount charged up to $250

♦ Client not present or vehicle unable to be detailed upon arrival: Full service amount charged up to $250

♦ ATL Mobile Detailers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule based on staffing, traffic, weather, or equipment issues. Gift certificate appointments follow the same cancellation policy.

Late Arrival:

ATL Mobile Detailers reserves the right to arrive up to 120 minutes late due to scheduling conflicts or traffic delays. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Vehicle Access, Operation & Service Quality:

By booking, you agree to provide ATL Mobile Detailers personnel with access and keys to your vehicle to perform detailing and related services. ATL Mobile Detailers strives for high-quality results, aiming for a clean, damage-free exterior and spotless interior. Any concerns must be communicated within 24 hours of service completion. ATL Mobile Detailers is not liable for concerns raised thereafter or if you do not participate in the final inspection.

Accidents, Pre-Existing Conditions & Limitation Of Liability:

ATL Mobile Detailers documents pre-existing damage but is not liable for pre-existing conditions. If damage occurs during our service, you will be immediately notified. ATL Mobile Detailers provides no guarantees or warranties.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service that gave rise to the claim. ATL Mobile Detailers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Fees, Service Terms & Payment:

The fee for services is the “Total Cost” indicated at booking. If services exceed the estimated time by more than 20%, additional fees will be confirmed with you. Payment is due upon completion via Credit Card, Debit, or Cash. Late payments incur a 10% fee plus 0.5% daily interest until paid. You agree to cover any collection costs incurred by ATL Mobile Detailers.

Shop Vehicle Storage & Late Pickup Fee:

Vehicles must be picked up within 24 hours after completion unless prior arrangements are made. A storage fee of 5% of the total service amount per day applies after the initial 24 hours. Timely pickup arrangements are necessary to avoid additional fees due to limited shop space.

Safety:

You must disclose any harmful substances present in the vehicle before detailing. You assume responsibility for any health or safety issues arising from undisclosed substances.

Feedback, Termination & Governing Law:

Feedback can be directed to our customer service email. By booking, you consent to ATL Mobile Detailers using images of your vehicle for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing. This agreement is governed by Georgia law.

By booking ATL Mobile Detailers services, you certify that you are authorized to agree to these terms on behalf of the vehicle’s legal owner and are at least 18 years of age. You agree to indemnify and hold ATL Mobile Detailers harmless from any claims or damages arising from your lack of authority to enter into this agreement.

Mandatory Gratuity Fee:

If the Client is not present for the final quality control inspection, a mandatory gratuity fee of 10% of the total service cost will be added to the invoice. This fee is non-negotiable.

I Understand That

♦ ATL Mobile Detailers does not guarantee specific outcomes.

♦ Payment is for dedicated service time, not specific results.

♦ Liability is limited to the total dollar amount of each job.

♦ If services exceed the estimated time by 20%, an additional fee of $50 per half-hour may be charged, subject to your approval.

♦ All sales are final.

ATL Mobile Detailers Changes:

ATL Mobile Detailers reserves the right to modify this statement at any time. Any changes will be posted within this Service Agreement section.
