The following Terms of Sale are part of ATL Mobile Detailers’ Terms of Use. By booking an appointment online or by phone with ATL Mobile Detailers, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here.
Service Packages
Prices and service packages are subject to change at any time at the discretion of ATL Mobile Detailers. All updates will be reflected on our official website.
Payment Terms & Conditions
Payments are due upon completion of services. ATL Mobile Detailers accepts cash, debit, and credit cards. In case of card declination, the customer is responsible for providing alternative payment immediately. ATL Mobile Detailers reserves the right to initiate collection procedures after 48 hours if payment issues persist.
Booking Terms & Conditions
Please remove all personal items, valuables, money, and significant items from your vehicle before service. ATL Mobile Detailers assumes no liability for any loss or damage to personal property, vehicle contents, or service locations. Ensure your vehicle is in a safe and lawful area for service; inform your detailing specialist of any concerns immediately. Vehicles are serviced at the customer’s own risk and must withstand standard cleaning processes. Damage claims are limited to the cost of the service provided. We may require debit or credit card information to secure bookings. Payments are processed securely through our booking platform. ATL Mobile Detailers reserves the right to adjust or reschedule appointments due to staffing levels, weather conditions, or equipment issues. Additional services outside the original booking scope will incur a charge of $50 per hour or part thereof. Services involving hazardous materials such as urine, vomit, blood, or feces will incur a 20% surcharge.
Late Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled without penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a $40 fee to compensate the technician.
Satisfaction Policy
If service quality does not meet the ordered package or reflects poor craftsmanship, ATL Mobile Detailers will re-perform unsatisfactory services at no additional charge. Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours via phone (470-563-1288), email (support@atlmobiledetailers.com), or text message (470-563-1288), accompanied by photographic evidence.
Appointment Arrival Times
Due to traffic and unforeseen circumstances, technicians may experience delays. Please allow a 30-90 minute arrival window. ATL Mobile Detailers will communicate any significant delays promptly.
SMS Communication
You can unsubscribe from SMS services at any time by texting “STOP.” Confirmation of your opt-out will follow immediately. To re-subscribe, simply follow initial signup procedures.
If you encounter issues, reply “HELP” or contact support@atlmobiledetailers.com.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Standard messaging rates apply based on your wireless plan.
Your mobile information will not be shared with third-party affiliates for marketing purposes but may be shared with subcontractors for customer support purposes.
Coupon & Referral Policy
ATL Mobile Detailers may offer referral incentives through unique referral links. Coupons and referral credits cannot be combined. Credits are valid for new customers who register using your referral link. Disqualification from earning credits includes:
Self-referrals or creating multiple accounts;
Referring existing ATL Mobile Detailers customers;
Engaging in spam or unsolicited email referrals;
Posting referral links on coupon sites, forums, or public platforms;
Allowing others to use your referral account;
Providing false or misleading information;
Portraying ATL Mobile Detailers negatively.
Violations may result in credit revocation, exclusion from referral programs, and legal action. ATL Mobile Detailers reserves the right to adjust or revoke credits as necessary.
